1. General protection and maintenance

Do not change the gear ratio or other motion parameters from the computer or teaching device, which will affect the function of deceleration operation.

2. Pay attention to application in work

Pay attention to the operation of hydraulic, pneumatic, instrument indication, monitoring signal, safety device, etc. of the robot, correctly use the enable button of the teaching device. When you press half of the button, the system is in the power on state, when you release or press all the buttons, the system is in the state of motor off. When the enable button does not need function programming or debugging, and the robot does not need to move, release the enable button immediately. When the programmer enters the safety area, he must wear a teaching device belt to avoid other people's misoperation. When entering the work area, the controller's type switch is selected as manual, which is convenient for operation. When the equipment is disconnected from the computer or remote control operation, pay attention to the rotation axis of each arm of the manipulator, and pay attention to other selected parts or other equipment on the manipulator.

3. Protection and maintenance cycle

The time distance of protection cycle can be adjusted according to the environment, frequency, intensity and temperature of the machine. General protection (once a day). Generally, clean the filter cloth and replace it (once / 500h). Battery update (1 time / 3500h). Controller fan and servo drive system fan protection (once / 50000h). Check the cooler (once a month), and the time distance depends on the environmental conditions, operating hours and temperature.

4. Body protection and maintenance

On the body protection and maintenance, the first is the cleaning and inspection of the manipulator, the inspection of the shaft brake test, and the inspection of the reducer smoothness. General maintenance (once a day). Axle joint braking test (once a day). Inspection of smooth oil of shaft joint gear (2 times / 2000h). The body of wrist was smooth for 1000h (2 times). The first renewal cycle is 1 year, and the future renewal cycle is once every 5 years.
